A working pilot. A clear path to production.

Know what you are buying, who builds it, and what comes next. Start with a practical review, agree on the paid work, and evaluate a working system before a wider rollout.

1. Free workflow review

Describe the bottleneck and the systems involved. A description or short screen recording is enough; an existing technical brief also works. We assess whether a paid pilot makes sense. Detailed mapping, technical design, and implementation begin with a paid engagement.

  • Operational problem and current tools
  • Practical fit and constraints
  • A sensible next step

2. Two-week working pilot

We agree on priorities and deliverables that fit the engagement. Related workflows and improvements can be included. We map normal cases, exceptions, and approval points, then build and test the agreed work against realistic scenarios.

  • Priority workflows and related improvements agreed together
  • Normal cases, exceptions, and approval points mapped
  • Realistic documents, messages, or system inputs
  • A working pilot tested against real scenarios
  • Human review where appropriate
  • Documentation and source-code handover
  • Production roadmap and quote for the next phase

3. Evaluation and handover

Success criteria are agreed before building. Your team tries the pilot, and we document the results, limitations, and recommended next steps. You receive the source code and documentation, plus a production roadmap and quote. There is no obligation to proceed to production.

  • Working build for your team to evaluate
  • Source code and documentation
  • Results, limitations, and production recommendations

4. Production and ongoing support

A production phase turns the approved design into operational software. Its scope depends on the systems, access, security, and operating requirements. Support arrangements define what is monitored, how failures are handled, and what maintenance or improvement is included.

  • Production deployment
  • Multi-system and API integrations
  • Authentication and permissions
  • Monitoring, audit logs, and failure handling
  • Security and compliance requirements
  • Ongoing support and improvement when needed
Clear scope

Agree the operational requirements before rollout

Production deployment, extensive integrations, security or compliance hardening, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Production hosting, monitoring, incident response, maintenance, and ongoing improvements are agreed and quoted separately. The pilot includes source code, documentation, and recommended next steps.

Required third-party hosting, software, messaging, and usage fees are explained before work begins. A fixed pilot price does not include unlimited work or ongoing operations.

Who you work with

Direct collaboration, without agency layers

Unstuck Ops is an independent AI engineering studio. You work directly with the AI engineer who designs and builds the system, from workflow mapping through testing and handover.

There are no account-manager handoffs. Our delivered work includes operational systems in distribution, healthcare administration, recruiting, and publishing. We work with business owners and existing technical teams.

Every project begins with the exceptions, approvals, and practical details of how the work happens today.

Prepare for a useful conversation

You bring the process knowledge

  • Describe the recurring work and where it gets stuck.
  • List the systems involved and who can authorize access.
  • Bring normal examples and difficult exceptions, using de-identified material where appropriate.
  • Identify who can approve decisions and test the result.
