Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Unstuck Ops is a trade name of Weaveflow LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("Unstuck Ops", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the website at unstuckops.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Site is

The Site describes our AI engineering services, shares anonymized results from past work, and provides a contact form for inquiries. The Site is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation.

3. Consulting engagements are separate

Any consulting, pilot, or development engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Weaveflow LLC — not by these terms. Pricing shown on the Site is an indicative starting point; the price for your engagement is the one in your agreement.

4. Results and examples

Case studies on the Site are anonymized accounts of past work. They describe what happened for specific clients in specific situations. Your results may differ. Interface previews labeled "Sample data" are illustrative and do not show real client data.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and marks — belong to Weaveflow LLC. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, republish, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated submission of the contact form, and no use of the Site for anything unlawful.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information you send through the contact form. By using the Site, you also agree to that policy.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites, such as our Upwork profile. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weaveflow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to consulting engagements, which are covered by their own agreements.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
